Returns and Exchanges

Buy having peace of mind with our product guarantee and hassle-free automated returns and exchanges. Our return and exchange process is automated and can be accessed in your customer account. If you checkout as a guest and do not have an account, please click here.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please read our policies below:

  • Items purchased as part of a sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased at full price as part of a promotion (i.e. bundle sales like buy one get one half off etc.).
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of Order delivery.
  • Returns and exchanges that meet our criteria will automatically be approved for store credit or a refund. Once it is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 business days.
  • Please ensure you print out and include the return slip with all your returns. 
  • If you received the wrong item or an item with a defect, we will replace or refund the item and provide a shipping label for you!
  • For non-defective returns or exchanges we do not pay for return shipping, but you can purchase a discounted label in our returns portal.
  • If we receive the item and: it has odors (good or bad), it is damaged, has pet hair on it, or has trash in the pockets, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back.
  • If the item came with tags they must not be removed.
  • Pre-Orders are not refundable.
